Things to know before you register

Group Placement & Scheduling Information

The CYRS & BEERS team will assign classes, and your schedule will be emailed to you 1 week before the event.

If you have time constraints or requests, we will do our best to accommodate - please contact us.
Schedule is subject to change.

Make Flexible Travel Plans

If unexpected pandemic related regulations are put in place at any point, we may have to reschedule the event.

Our venues are very hopefully that we can have this gathering safely and all will go as planned. You can count on us to keep you up to date on any changes and to do our best to accommodate everyone.

We recommend that you book flexible flights and make travel plans with this in mind.

Once you register for classes  you will automatically be added to our mailing list. This mailing list is used to send you information that will help you prepare to get the most out of your CYRS & BEERS experience.
