CYR 101: Full Immersion

Dive into the world of Cyr Wheel with our introductory 101 Course, ideal for beginners or those looking to refresh their fundamentals.

2 DAY EVENT TICKET INCLUDES

Under the expert guidance of Coach Jen MacQueen, you’ll receive 2 hours of training July 11 and 12 that focuses on the basics and ensures a solid foundation. This is your first step into the journey of Cyr Wheel (ask us about cyr wheel rentals, limited availability)

I acknowledge that my Cyr wheel must be equipped with protective skin, free of protruding bolts, and clean of any transferable materials. I understand that if my wheel causes black marks or damage to the floors:

  • I may be asked to clean any marks immediately.
  • I may be held financially responsible for any damages.

Prerequisites

Continuous waltz control (12+ steps)

Coins/small spiral

Cartwheels/big spiral

Half-turn

Center spin for 3 rotations

Continuous waltz for 3 steps on each foot

No real requirements, just bring yourself.

More Information

On top of these 2 days of training, you are invited to Battle at the Brewery.

There is designated space at the event for open gym to drill and/or spin with other wheelers. **Please note that wheels must be clean of all transferable material, have protective skin and absolutely no protruding bolts. It is IMPERATIVE to the longevity of this event that no wheel cause any damage of any kind to the floors** If you need a wheel provided for you, please email us with your needs and height before ordering a ticket.
