Music, beer, cyr wheel battles, and an all around good time. This event is open to the public. Costumes encouraged!

Take some time for self-care/post-battle recovery yoga.

Creative Cyr Block 1

This is a workshop on creative approaches to cyr wheel. Be prepared for on wheel and off-wheel drills & exercises.

Shoulder Care Conditioning/Discussion

Learn different warmups, strengthening, and flexibility exercises to protect your shoulders and increase mobility. Discuss and share the importance of proper body care for the safety and longevity of your activities.

Active Flexibility

This All-Level Stretch Class is designed to increase flexibility and range of motion. Class will focus primarily on strengthening exercises for muscle control and balance to support active flexibility.

*Act Development classes are not included in the CYRS & BEERS FULL RIDE ticket and need to be purchased individually. If you are purchasing extra training blocks with your FULL RIDE ticket and Act Development tickets be careful not to overbook.
