9:00-10:30: Gyrokenesis

This is a movement method that stimulates the nervous system, increasing range of motion, and creating functional strength through rhythmic, flowing movement sequences.

We have part of the courts sectioned off for open gym all day every day. Drill, network, and create with other cyr wheelers from all over.
