9:00-11:00: 101 CYR: Beginner Cyr Wheel Block 1

Safety, manipulations, and the fundamentals of waltz. Progressing on to orbits, continuous momentum in your waltz, arabesque, rocks (surfer), and prerequisites for cartwheels.

12:00-2:00: 101 CYR: Beginner Cyr Wheel Block 2

Safety, manipulations, and the fundamentals of waltz. Progressing on to orbits, continuous momentum in your waltz, arabesque, rocks (surfer), and prerequisites for cartwheels.

2:00-3:00: Shoulder Care

Learn different warmups, strengthening, and flexibility exercises to protect your shoulders and increase mobility. Discuss and share the importance of proper body care for the safety and longevity of your activities

AWAKEN GYM

BEYOND BALANCE

3:00-4:30: Gyrokenesis

This is a movement method that stimulates the nervous system, increasing range of motion, and creating functional strength through rhythmic, flowing movement sequences.

9:00-4:30: Open Gym

We have part of the courts sectioned off for open gym all day every day. Drill, network, and create with other cyr wheelers from all over.

8:00pm-12:00am

The Oak Room at Oskar Blues Brewery

CYRS & BEERS! Battle at the Brewery

Music, beer, cyr wheel battles, and an all around good time. This event is open to the public.
Costumes encouraged!
