10:00-12:00: Special Interest Creative Cyr**

This is a workshop on creative approaches to cyr wheel. Be prepared for on wheel and off-wheel drills & exercises.

**This is a special workshop time for those who purchased a special interest ticket. NOT open to all participants.

Work with our creative coach to refine your act, or gain direction on your act ideas.

*Act Development classes are not included in the CYRS & BEERS FULL RIDE ticket and need to be purchased individually. If you are purchasing extra training blocks with your FULL RIDE ticket and Act Development tickets be careful not to overbook.

Learn how the wheel works. Theory & application. In this class you will learn drills to familiarize yourself with the motions of the wheel and work towards your basic steps.

Learn different warmups, strengthening, and flexibility exercises to protect your shoulders and increase mobility. Discuss and share the importance of proper body care for the safety and longevity of your activities
